We talk with poet Lynn Thompson reads from BEG NO PARDON, which won this year’s Perugia Press Award.
We also talk with novelist and journalist Francisco Goldman about his first non-fiction book, THE ART OF POLITICAL MURDER: WHO KILLED THE BISHOP (Grove Press). He’ll be speaking in western Massachusetts on Sunday October 14 at Gamble Auditorium, Mount Holyoke College at 3:30 p.m. It’s part of the Books Out Loud Weekend October 11-14, 2007 with readings by 23 Writers Over 4 Days, including Richard Russo, Barry Moser, Camilo Mejia, Valerie Martin and more.
